Job description
Thorough cleaning of all guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other public areas which may consist of but is not limited to the following: replacing linen and terry, replenishing guest amenities, emptying trash receptacles, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Duties also include: cleaning windows/draperies, mirrors, and other glass surfaces cleaning/sanitizing kitchen area, clean/put away dishes, keeping storage areas and carts stocked and organized. Move and arrange furniture as needed. Maintain organization of laundry room and specified laundry locations, washing and folding laundry.
Special Requirements
Workers must be able to lift 75 pounds and push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. Workers must be able to lift and/or push/pull vacuums, commercial cleaning supplies, laundry tubs, and furniture. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Shifts varying by day and workdays varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Must be available to work all shifts. Post-hire drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers upon suspicion of use. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
