Job description
Clean and vacuum homes including: rooms, hallways, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas so that health standards are met. Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam operated sterilizers. Observe precautions required to protect homes and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs. for 50 yds. Must be able to bend arms, legs, and back, extend arms and hands upward, work on hands and knees, and use hands and arms to grip, push, and pull. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Some weekend work.
