Job description

Worker will be responsible for operating equipment such as tractors, swathers, and baggers used in harvesting agricultural commodities. Workers will clean and maintain equipment, perform basic lubrication duties, and minor repairs. The average work week is 44 hours plus depending on the workload. During the harvest season, the work week is 7 days a week for 10 plus hours per day. Days and hours will vary depending on weather conditions, need or other crop factors. Must have at least 3 months verifiable
experience operating farm equipment.
