Job description
The employee will be driving vehicles with capacities under three tons to transport materials to and from specified customerdestinations. These vehicles may include light-duty trucks, vans, or automobiles.
The employee will work with various processes, equipment, systems, and products, including but not limited to:
Transportation and Logistics: Loading and unloading trucks, vans, or automobiles; verifying the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers; maintaining records such as vehicle logs and billing statements in compliance with regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance and Operations: Inspecting and maintaining vehicle supplies and equipment (e.g., gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes) to ensure proper working condition; performing emergency repairs such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, or spark plugs.
Navigation and Communication: Reading maps and following written or verbal geographic directions; reporting any mechanical problems or transportation incidents using telephones or mobile two-way radios.
Safety and Compliance: Obeying traffic laws and following established traffic and transportation procedures; reporting delays, accidents, or other transportation-related issues as required.
Customer Service and Delivery Management: Presenting bills and receipts; collecting payments for goods delivered or loaded; turning in receipts and money received from deliveries.
Tools and Equipment Management: Using and maintaining tools or equipment found on commercial vehicles, such as weighing or measuring devices.
No education/experience.

Special Requirements
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Post Accident. Clean driving record and driver/operators license required to operate deliver vehicles.
