Job description
Must be able to perform and have prior experience in the following duties: plant, cultivate and harvest broadleaf tobacco. Use hand tools such as but not limited to shovels, hoe, knives, hatchets and ladders. Duties may include but are not limited to applying fertilizer, transplanting, weeding, topping tobacco plants, applying sucker control, cutting, hooking, stripping, packaging and handling harvested tobacco. May participate in irrigation activities, repair farm buildings. May be required at random to drive, set up, operate farm vehicles and equipment hauling crops, equipment, tools, and other workers to complete agricultural duties. Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 20 ft in the tobacco dam for the purpose of hanging tobacco lath weighing up to 50 lbs. 2 months experience in duties listed.

Exposure to extreme temp, lifting 50 lbs, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping.
