Job description

Temporary full-time positions available in Lakeland, LA with Alma Plantation, LLC for the Louisiana Sugar Harvest Season. Ensures continuous supply of bagasse to mill boilers, burns bagasse and cleans boilers. Overtime hours will vary. Shift work: will be required to work various 12 hr. shifts (3am to 3pm, 3pm to 3am, 1am to 1 pm, or 1pm to 1am). Must be willing to work overtime. Must be willing to work 7 days per week. Optional on-site lodging offered at no charge to workers hired in this temporary seasonal position. No minimum education required. No on-the-job training provided. Six (6) months experience in job offered in sugar mill required.
