Job description

Workers will be required to hand plant by following a trailer, pulling cane from the trailer and planting in rows or straightening cane by following machine planter, driving tractors to and from fields, etc. General farm labor such as a drainage, cleaning the shop areas, field sanitation duties, cleaning house and yard, keeping fields free of debris will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
