Farm Worker

Job description

Job requires a minimum of 1 month prior experience picking fruit. Must be able to climb up & down ladder with heavy 35# pack, carry 50# ladder, and pick 20 1/2 bushel buckets of fruit per hour to retain employment.

Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers.
