Job description

Restaurant Crew Members prepare a variety of hot beverages (such as coffee and tea), cold beverages (such as frozen hot chocolate and frozen coffee), bagels, donuts, and other prepared food items like sandwiches, wraps, and hash browns. To prepare the items, Restaurant Crew Members use a variety of commercial restaurant equipment such as deep fryers, blenders, ovens, coffee brewers, knives, and cutting boards. Restaurant Crew Members will follow standard Dunkin’ Brands recipes to mix the correct amounts of ingredients for brewed drinks, cook all food items using deep fryers and ovens as necessary, and assemble food items such as sandwiches according to the ingredients detailed in each.

Restaurant Crew Member will provide service directly to clients at the counter of the restaurant. Position is responsible for fulfilling guest orders. Will prepare beverages and food items according to Dunkin’ Brand’s menu standards and recipes. Will maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

Special Requirements

Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Must have basic computer skills to operate the point of sale system. Must be capable of counting money and making change. Must be 18 years or older to operate restaurant equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must have open availability Sunday - Saturday, shifts of 8 hours per day. Workdays will vary from week to week with 2 days off weekly. May be required to work weekends and overtime.
