Job description
Employees will establish and manage irrigation systems, prepare land for hay and alfalfa cultivation, plant crops, and handle weeding and crop maintenance throughout the growth period. They will support all aspects of crop harvesting and contribute to farm maintenance, including cleaning and maintaining buildings, controlling weeds, and repairing fences.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
