Job description
Harvest pumpkins and winter squash by hand or machine. Workers may grade, sort and field pack produce. Operate tractors, tractor drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Must have 3 months experience operating a 55+hp tractor, must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
