Job description

Provides ground support for agricultural aerial application business. Duties will include: Fuel the plane by connecting and disconnecting
fuel hose to and from the airplane. Mix chemicals - Read and understand a load ticket. Load the plane with chemical by
connecting and disconnecting load hose to and from plane. Load plane with fertilizer by driving and operating forklift. Clean all equipment daily. Mow airstrips. Blends and loads all chemical mixes prior to each load/flight. Clean aircraft. Maintains general awareness of inventory levels and fuel levels for leader. Maintains cleanliness in hanger/loadout areas. Reliable and regular attendance is expected.

Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed
to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime
and taking holiday is mandatory. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English.
Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30
days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. W
