Job description
Date of Need: 9/5/2025 to 12/31/2025
Tasks related to the planting, cultivation, harvesting and processing of fruit. Harvest apples using a ladder & picking bucket. Worker will be required to lift up to 50 lbs while ascending & descending a ladder on a sustained basis. Preparing soil, picking rocks, pruning, weeding, thinning, irrigating, mowing, harvesting, grading and packing. May set up, operate and repair farm equipment, repair tents and farm buildings, and fences. Packing fruit grown by Clark Brothers Orchards LLC for wholesale distribution and winter pruning after harvest. May operate farm equipment that relates to the cited task, hand tools such as shovel, pruning saw & and hoe. Work is performed out of doors sometimes under conditions of heat, cold and rain. One month apple experience in duties listed required.

Exposure to extreme temp, lifting 50 lbs, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping.
