Job description
Workers will be required to machine plant sugarcane by following a tractor pulling a cane wagon and straighten cane in the rows and at the end, some hand planting sugarcane may need to be done by pulling cane from the back of a cane wagon and planting in rows, shovel and drainage work, field sanitation duties, minor repair and maintenance and cleaning farm vehicles equipment, general farm labor such as cleaning shop, housing yards at the office and house as well as any other general farm labor duties may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Worker must be physically able to perform all duties described.
