Workers will weed, prune, thin, and trellis plants to support healthy growth. They will monitor crops for pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies and report findings to supervisors. Organic farming practices are strictly followed; no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers are used. Workers may apply organic-approved substances under supervision. Harvesting duties include hand-picking produce using knives, clippers, or pruners; inspecting for quality; sorting and packing into field containers; and loading for transport.
