Job description
Perform duties on a farm for a farmer like: Drive and operate harvesting machines or custom
cutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops from clients’ farms. Adjust
speeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using basic hand tools.
Change cutting head as appropriate for crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or
farmworkers.
Special Requirements
Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be
exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive
movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to
speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles
may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional
