Job description

Tank and Separators: Removing Door by undoing Bolts. Cleaning out inside of tank with pressure washers and squeegees and soap. Inspecting tank, repair any potential leaks. Recoating inside of tank with Epoxy lining. Replacing Door with new seal and silicone and new Bolts.

Disposal Pumps: Remove Impeller Housing, inspect Impeller clean or replace if worn. Inspect oil seals, replace if leaking. Inspect water seal, replace if leaking. Change Oil.

Production Lines and Tank Battery Plumbing: Inspect all plumbing within Tank Battery, replace pipes or fittings with potential leaks. Inspect miles of production piping from oil wells to tank batteries to ensure no potential leaks, replace worn piping and connections as necessary.

Disposal Lines & Injection wells: Inspect miles of disposal piping from tank batteries to injection wells to ensure no potential leaks, replace worn piping and connections as necessary. Repair leaks in disposal piping, which commonly occurs during winter freezes. Inspect injection wells, replace and rubber seals as necessary

Special Requirements

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including cold and hot environments, and be comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces. Should be adaptable and comfortable in challenging or uncomfortable conditions.
