Job description
Food & Beverage Support Staff will be responsible for setting tables, clearing tableware, delivering food orders to tables and bar areas, assisting with filling orders in café such as bagging up to-go orders and making coffee/espresso/smoothie drinks, assisting with seating guests, expediting food delivery from line, restocking and refilling condiments, delivering and retrieving in-room dining trays, rolling silverware, moving tables and chairs in accordance with restaurant/event set-up, delivering, maintaining and restocking pool amenities and supplies including stocking water stations, picking up dishes, trash, and towels around the pool, replacing and restocking towels and providing beverages and snacks to guests. Maintaining safe and clean environments at all times including cleaning random spills, puddles, and ice around the pool and in restaurant area. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 1:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional details.
Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
