Job description
Room Set-Up/Custodian will be responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition. The Room Set-Up/Custodian will set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, and chairs to prepare facilities for meetings, inspect and maintain all public areas for cleanliness, restock bathroom facilities, and assist in opening and maintaining tennis and pickleball courts. The Room Set-Up/Custodian will be responsible for transporting equipment on a dolly and removing trash and recycling. The Room Set-Up/Custodian will ensure that AV equipment is maintained, charged, cleaned, and stored correctly after use. The Room Set-Up/Custodian will use dusters, ladders, cleaning cloths, and appropriate cleaning solutions to clean AC vents, fan blades, windows, and remove cobwebs.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am - 3:00pm, 10:00am - 5:00pm, or 12:00pm - 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of custodial experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
