Disposal of brush, limbs, and fallen trees by operating tools such as chainsaws to cut and clear ground of fallen trees from winter storms, loading small logs and cut branches onto trailer.

Raking and cleaning up ground, leaf removal, and leftover debris; disposal of brush, limbs, and trees; winter landscape planting including hollies and other evergreens, spreading mulch; perennial rye grass installation, application and fertilization, winterizing plants and trees to protect from freezes with winter maintenance of yards with drainage control; annual winter color installs; perennial cutbacks, pruning, and dead heading; property wide mulch installation, application and fertilization to protect plants, and winterization and draining of sprinkler system; Organizing and preparing various stock of holiday decor including string lights, ornaments, and season and holiday arrangements, displays and settings. Also, to include installing and/or removing such holiday decor/stock and materials from jobsites and prepare for storage. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
