Job description

Responsible for creating a memorable experience for all guests. This includes indoor and outdoor tasks such as welcoming guests, make and confirm reservations (over the phone and in person), monitoring the campsites, the facility, and amenities for the clean, operable, and safe use. Perform clerical duties in front office. May drive company car as needed to run errands to banks and stores for supplies. This entails cleaning, landscaping, inspection, and maintenance of the grounds, sites, restrooms, amenities, and additional facilities thereby providing excellent guest service. Duties include the following: Assist guests with check-in/check-out process, book reservations, process payments, and post charges using software system. Assist with setting up guests accommodations or RV hookups and troubleshooting small issues at the camp site (RV water hookups/ electrical). Greet every customer with exceptional and courteous customer services. Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Maintain complete knowledge of site types and locations, amenities, rates, discounts, availability, special packages, promotions and upcoming events within the local area. Perform administrative work with accuracy. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the property at all times. Assist in cleaning all restrooms on property. Repair and maintain physical structures, facilities and office buildings. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and shop. Requires time management skills that will allow worker to prioritize tasks.

Special Requirements

Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to obtain driver's license in the U.S.
Physical ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 50lbs) standing or walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. Shift varies. Must be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Overtime required, when necessary. Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to obtain driver's license in the U.S.
