Job description
Sushi Sous Chefs will be responsible for sushi preparation, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of sushi dishes, and maintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene within the sushi preparation area. This position will not have any personnel management or supervisory responsibilities. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
