Job description

reads hydrometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, conductimeter, vacuum oven and ph meter. Checks ph, brix, pol, starch, dextran, reducing sugar, bagacillo and color during all stages of conversion of sugar in raw sugar mill.

Special Requirements

Willing to work 7 days a week in varying 12 hour shifts during the manufacturing of raw sugar cane season. 40hrs a week after harvesting season will be offered until the end of the contract.

Shifts are as follows: 12pm-12am; 12am-12pm
Overtime paid after 48 hours during harvesting season.
Worker will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
