Job description

Responsibilities include herding and counting cattle, bulls, and calves into designated pastures. Duties also involve administering required vaccinations, performing castration and branding (for identification of ownership and grading purposes), weighing animals using scales, and catching and loading livestock onto trucks or into enclosures.

The worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work areas, including trailers and barns, where tasks are performed.

Additionally, the worker must periodically inspect fences, water lines, and water troughs for leaks or damage, and perform minor repairs as needed to ensure continued safe and efficient operation of the above tasks.
