Job description

Take food orders and serve food and beverages to patrons in dining establishments. Set room for service including setting table with linens, silverware, and glassware. Clear plates and glassware. Sort and organize incoming food tickets. In the absence of a host, you will be expected to assist the manager or the waiter captain in seating patrons. Ensure that each customer receives the correct order, double checking the order before it goes to a customer. Perform opening and closing side work in our restaurant dining area which includes filling salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, napkin containers, and daily cleaning of your assigned work area, equipment, work surfaces, and serving area, using a hand towel with soap and water. This may include deep cleaning of the work areas.

Special Requirements

Must work workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Grasp, lift, push/pull, carry or transport up to 50 lbs. Push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 100 lbs. Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. Stand and walk for length of scheduled shift. Fluent in English (read, write and speak). Must pass a pre-hire criminal background check and drug test.
Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 10 am - 6 pm; 2 pm - 12 am; 3 pm - 11 pm
Hourly Wage: Tipped position, employer will guarantee tips and salary equals a minimum of $19.65 per hour. Overtime may be available at $29.48 per hour. Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Typical annual performance merit increase is 3-4 %. Bonus: Bonus Possible in an amount to be determined.
