Job description

The 120 workers will be picking hibiscus Sabdariffa for pride road farm by hand according to color, maturity level and/ or ripeness. The workers must have good eye and hand coordination. The workers will use a bucket to pick the Hibiscus; there may be instances where they will need to use pruners to make cutting easier. Other duties include but is not limited to field maintenance, staking, and all required maintenance in a Hibiscus farm.

Special Requirements

Worker must be able to withstand the extreme weather conditions throughout the work season. They must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and must be able to stand for hours daily. Additionally, they must be able to available to work the entire season.
