Job description

Crops: Alfalfa, Corn, Cotton, Wheat.

Plant, cultivate, and hand-harvest crops. Will be responsible for maintaining and operating sprinklers, tractors used for plowing, and other equipment necessary for caring for crops and harvesting. Select and pick produce according to size, color, shape, and maturity. Duties include hand grading/sorting produce, discarding defective products, operating hand tools, and performing soil preparation. Workers will also be maintaining sprinklers. Expected to follow strict sanitation practices and handle produce carefully to prevent damage.

Special Requirements

Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker. Will be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business.
