Job description
Prepare, season and cook food in accordance with standards and procedures. Follow restaurant recipes to prepare dishes in a timely manner, follow menu cards and portion control. Ensure appealing plate presentation of food items. Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards. Follow all current health and food safety standards; and regulations within the kitchen area.
