Job description
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas of the hotel, ensuring they are kept in a neat and sanitary condition.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust rooms and hallways as needed.
Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management in designated areas.
Inspect and report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items to the management.
Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory to management.
Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens when needed.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests for additional supplies or room service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all guest rooms and public areas.
Special Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Must adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
