Job description
Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: All workers will work a minimum of 35 hours per week and 5 shifts per week (meaning no less than). Shift days and work hours vary. Shifts - Morning: 7am to 1pm; Mid-day: 9am to 4pm; Evening: 2pm to 10pm. Different shifts not listed may be needed based on events. Overtime: As needed only.

Special Requirements
Six months of experience a cook in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Must pass pre-employment drug test in accordance with company hiring policy.
