Job description
Job duties will include operating grain carts and tractors, cleaning and lubricating parts, and directing or assisting with the adjustment or repair of equipment or machinery. Responsibilities also involve driving or operating farm machinery such as trucks, tractors, or self-propelled harvesters to transport workers or supplies or to cultivate or harvest fields. Additional tasks include cleaning around a grain setup and operating and maintaining equipment. This position requires the ability to handle various types of agricultural machinery efficiently, perform routine maintenance, assist with equipment repairs, and maintain cleanliness and functionality around farm infrastructure during busy harvest periods. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
Special Requirements
Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive sitting or walking, repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. .Require 1 month farm experience.
