Job description
Events Coordinator will be responsible for the management of events in accordance with Club standards. Directs, implements, and coordinates details for private member functions and maintains budgeted revenues through solicitation of business while controlling expenditures. Events Coordinator may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of guest service experience in a luxury event or high-volume environment at a high-end agency, resort, or private club.
