Job description

Perform tasks involving the maintenance and structural rehabilitation of underground stormwater and sanitary sewer infrastructure. Duties include:

Entering confined spaces such as manholes and underground utility structures.
Using high-pressure water systems for cleaning and profiling surfaces (e.g., hydro blasting, pressure washing).
Sealing and stopping infiltration through cracks, seams, and pipe connections using grout and sealant products.
Spraying and troweling cementitious and epoxy coatings to restore structural integrity.
Installing frame seal systems, adjusting or replacing manhole rings, frames, and covers.
Rebuilding manhole benches, inverts, and flow channels.
Operating sewer flow-through plugs and diversion tools.
Using sandblasting equipment, grinders, and concrete spray rigs.
Performing general physical labor including lifting materials, preparing worksites, and cleaning up debris.
Following all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures for confined space entry, personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment handling.

Special Requirements

Hydraulic cement experience
Must be able to operate & clean Cementous and Epoxy rig
Hand and power tool experience
Sandblasting experience
Must be able to read and distinguish blue prints
Must be able to read and follow safety standards on labels
Must be able to work in confined spaces/confined space certified
Ability to finish concrete surfaces.
Knowledge of concrete fabrication techniques.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of structures,
highways, or roads.
Knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality control.
Takes pride in craftsmanship.
Works within precise standards of accuracy
