Job description

1. Childcare Excellence: Ensure safety, well-being, and developmental growth of children.
2. Household Management: Perform everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and organizing.
3. Transportation Support: Drive children to activities, school, and appointments.
4. Educational Engagement: Assist with homework, engage in stimulating activities, and facilitate learning.
5. Creating a Safe Environment: Foster a secure and stimulating atmosphere for the children.
6. Personal Care: Bathe, dress, and assist with diaper changes or potty training.
7. Meal Planning and Feeding: Plan, prepare, and feed children nutritious meals.
8. Play and Educational Activities: Organize indoor/outdoor play and educational crafts.
9. Logistics Assistance: Coordinate school runs, playdates, and extracurricular activities.
10. Reading and Homework Help: Read to children and assist with school assignments.
11. Organization and Maintenance: Organize bedrooms/toys, maintain cleanliness, and manage household chores.
12. Healthcare Support: Administer medicine (with parental consent, if needed) and maintain detailed logs for parents.
13. Developmental Stimulation: Implement activities to encourage growth at the child’s level.
14. Classes and Groups: Take children to classes, groups, or other activities.
15. School Preparation: Ensure necessary items are packed for school/preschool.
16. Clean-Up Responsibilities: Tidy up after daily activities.
17. Bottle Sterilization: Wash and sterilize bottles regularly.
18. School Drop-off and Pick-up: Assist with transportation to and from school.
19. Playdate Arrangements: Organize or accompany children to planned playdates.
20. Wardrobe Maintenance: Manage children's clothing seasonally.
21. Back-to-School Prep: Prepare clothes and supplies for school or camp.
