Job description
Workers will clean and sanitize china, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel, and the entire kitchen area, including walls, floors, drains, and equipment. Workers will report broken or damaged equipment for repairs. Workers will dispose of trash from the kitchen area properly and maintain the dumpster area. Workers will follow the required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
The work schedule is as follows: 35 hours per week with rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.
Special Requirements
No minimum education or training required. Workers must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. Workers are subject to post-employment criminal background checks, paid by the employer, and applied equally to all U.S. and foreign/H-2B workers. Workers must be able to work at least a 5-day workweek. Workers must also be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Workers must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
