House management shall include all responsibilities and maintenance of the residence and grounds during an extensive renovation project. Duties include managing vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.); keeping expense logs by opening and reviewing invoices, and entering amounts and dates due on an Excel spreadsheet; monitoring home alarms; managing deliveries; arranging ground transportation by Lyft, Uber, or taxi for family members; maintaining household inventory: update project specific Excel spreadsheet to track common household and project specific supplies including but not limited to fasteners, lightbulbs, cleaning supplies, wall and floor protection materials; assisting with the family's personal calendars and related concierge duties.

Special Requirements
