the laborers use forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets of expired milk products in gallon containers to machines that will depackage/tear open/puncture the gallon containers to capture the expired milk liquid (it just falls into a collection well under the pallets); the collected milk is pasteurized, chilled back to 36 degrees, and shipped in bulk to the calf ranches for directly feeding to the calves as a liquid.

***Original Duties***
Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.
