Job description

Alpine race coaches have many responsibilities, including:
Training: Develop and implement training programs for athletes, including on-snow and dryland sessions. These sessions may include drills, technique improvement, and race preparation.
Coaching: Coach athletes at all levels, including training camps.
Evaluation: Evaluate athletes regularly and consistently.
Travel: Travel with the team to competitions and training camps.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to athletes.
Communication: Communicate with athletes and parents about training schedules, progress, and upcoming events.
Safety: Ensure the safety of all athletes during training and competitions.
Equipment: Maintain and care for club equipment.
Race organization: Manage all aspects of race organization, including working with the Race Administrator, Race Committee, and host resorts.
Codes of conduct: Model, monitor, and uphold the club's codes of conduct.
