Job description
Cooks will produce high-quality food according to recipes & menus or assigned special tasks in a timely, organized manner. Cooks will prepare, season & cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Cooks will ensure a high level of sanitation & safety at all times.
The work schedule is as follows: 35 hours per week, with 8-hour rotating shifts from Sunday to Saturday, between 5:30 AM and 1:00 AM. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.
Special Requirements
No minimum education or training required. Workers must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. Workers are subject to post-employment criminal background checks, paid by the employer, and applied equally to all U.S. and foreign/H-2B workers. Workers must be able to work at least a 5-day workweek. Workers must also be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Workers must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
