Job description
Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. In addition to food prep, workers will assist with washing dishes and kitchen clean up.
Special Requirements
Schedule consisting of an 8-hour shift will vary during restaurant operating hours of 9am to 10pm.
