Job description

Places oysters on tables and Removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and packs oyster meats for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. 5 days on the job training provided.

Special Requirements

Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
