Job description
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas to meet health standards.
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
Sort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets.
Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items.
Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
Assist in any activity involving cleaning or organizing the clubs or cottages, such as replenishing bathroom supplies, drinking glasses, and writing supplies.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
Replace light bulbs.
Operate the golf cart to transport cleaning supplies and access work areas efficiently, following all safety and driving protocols.

F.a.11 - Housekeeper
This position operates in a private club setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather), fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be exposed to hazards, including, but not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent handwashing is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing and moving for an extended period. It also requires walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds continuous repetitive motions.
All applicants must pass drug tests and background checks, including domestic and H2B visa holders. Employees in seasonal, full-time, and annual positions. These standards apply to all applicants regardless of national origin, race, or gender.
Typical hours are 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and business level. Must be able to work all shifts. The business is open 7 days per week, and weekend and holiday work will be required. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
The minimum age is 18 due to hazardous.
While operating a golf cart is not a standard requirement of the position, there may be occasions when employees are asked to do so. Therefore, a valid and unexpired drivers license is required, and employees will be subject to motor vehicle record checks.
