Agricultural Workers

Job description

Workers will be picking Fava Bean, Green Bean, Pasilla and Anaheim Chile.
Job duties for picking Green Bean, Fava Bean and Chile are:
Pull vegetable from plant by hand;
Put vegetable in a 4 gallon plastic bucket;
Take bucket to sorting table to sort by hand and pack.

No heavy machinery or equipment will be used for the planting and harvesting of these crops.
Employer will provide all the necessary tools for the planting and harvesting of the crops at no cost to the worker.

Empty bucket weights 1 lb.
Full bucket weights 4 Lbs.

Box dimensions and weight for Green Bean and Fava Bean:
Dimensions: 15" L x 12" W x 13" H
Empty box weights 2 lbs.
Full box weights 30 Lbs.

Box dimensions and weight for Chile:
Dimensions: 15" L x 12" W x 13" H
Empty box weights 2 lbs.
Full box weights 25 Lbs.

Work Schedule:
18 workers will work from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm
16 workers will work from 7:30 am - 2:00 pm
