Job description
• Follows recipes to prepare and cook food, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety, cleanliness and organizational regulations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, kitchen and restaurant; follow proper HAACP procedures.
• Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures.
• Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the Resort.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safety practices.
Special Requirements
Washington Food Handler's Permit required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to speak English at a proficient level. Standard package background check after hire.
Schedule: 6am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm. Shift hours may vary.
Hourly Wage: $22.49 - $28.80 /hr. (based on merit and past experience with our company)
Overtime possible at $33.74 - $43.20 /hr.
