Job description

May include but not limited to:
-Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
-Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
-Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
-Sweep or scrub floors.
-Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
-Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
-Receive and store supplies.
-Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
-Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
-Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.

Special Requirements

- Must be available to work varying shift schedules from Monday through Sunday.
- Must be available entire contract period.
- Must be able to tolerate loud noises
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
- May conduct post-hire, employer-paid drug testing.

Special Requirements and Provisions:
- Schedule varies.
- Additional hours may be offered.
- May be required to work weekends.
- Employer may offer a bonus depending on experience and merit.
- Daily transportation is not provided, but the employer will provide assistance to securing transportation to the worksite if needed.
- Employer provides optional housing to workers who do not reside within a reasonable commute to primary worksite location.
- Deduction: Optional housing provided at: $100/person/week depending on market value.
