Job description
Facilitate food service. Take orders, serve/deliver food and beverage products to guests and present check to guests. Clean/clear/set table, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service bar with food; serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons; assigned side work. Greet/seat customers, run cash registers. Monitor/order supplies, restock food items. Enters and locates work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Follow all safety precautions and sanitation policies/guidelines.
Special Requirements
Fluent English skills required. Requires certification in ServSafe Food handling and Alcohol Awareness. Stand/bend/walk repetitively during entire shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs when necessary. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
