Job description

Perform commercial and residential snow/ice maintenance including winter storm clean-up, trash/organic debris pickup, and snow/ice removal. Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow blowers or snow shovels, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use.

Special Requirements

Must lift/carry 80 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Shift schedule may vary based on timing of snowfall. Post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
