Home Services Technician

Job description

Home Services Technicians will be responsible for the removal of snow and ice from high traffic areas, such as sidewalks, patios, porches, and steps, using tools such as shovels, ice-chippers, and salt application. Home Services Technicians will also be responsible for ensuring that entry ways are properly cleared of snow and ice so that doors open and close properly.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts are 7:00am to 2:00pm, 1:00pm to 8:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at rental houses, condos, lodges, hotels, or event spaces.
