Job description

**RFI Response**
Workers will remove snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using snow shovels and hand-pushed salt spreaders. No snow plows or motorized snow removal equipment will be used.

"Clean facilities or sites" refers to cleaning indoor and outdoor common areas of commercial properties such as entryways, hallways, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and parking areas. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and picking up litter.

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling are necessary when maneuvering commercial-grade trash bins, loading debris bags into dumpsters, and transporting supplies on rolling carts.

Climbing ladders is required for cleaning light fixtures, ceiling vents, and windows. Manual dexterity is needed to handle tools like brooms, mops, squeegees, dusters, and spray bottles. Machinery operated includes upright and backpack vacuums, floor buffers, and wet/dry shop vacs—used for deep cleaning floors and removing water or debris.
