Job description

Workers will assist with a variety of seasonal farm tasks on a small grains and livestock operation. Duties include hauling commodities; operating, maintaining, and repairing agricultural machinery and equipment; building and repairing fences; and performing daily livestock care, including feeding, watering, cleaning pens, and monitoring animal health. Workers will also assist with general farm maintenance such as snow removal, facility upkeep, and preparation of fields or barns for seasonal needs. Employment is at-will; however, prior to termination, the employer will generally use an escalatory disciplinary process to address
